AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among civil servants at UPTD Puskesmas Serasan, Natuna Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique involving 38 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that, simultaneously, organizational commitment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while work motivation does not have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. These findings suggest that extra-role behavior among civil servants at UPTD Puskesmas Serasan is more strongly influenced by organizational commitment than by work motivation. This study implies that strengthening organizational commitment is a key factor in encouraging Organizational Citizenship Behavior, particularly in healthcare institutions located in island and border areas. Future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables, such as leadership style and organizational support, to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
